और ऐसा हुआ कि वह सब्त के दिन खेतों में से होकर जा रहा था; और उसके चेले चलते हुए बालें तोड़ने लगे।

उस समय यीशु सब्त के दिन खेतों में से होकर जा रहा था, और उसके चेलों को भूख लगी, सो वे बालें तोड़ तोड़कर खाने लगे।
at that time jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were an hungred, and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat.

और ऐसा हुआ कि किसी और सब्त के दिन को वह आराधनालय में जाकर उपदेश करने लगा; और वहां एक मनुष्य था, जिस का दहिना हाथ सूखा था।
and it came to pass also on another sabbath, that he entered into the synagogue and taught: and there was a man whose right hand was withered.
