la seconda tappa sarà la visita di un prosciuttificio dove vedremo ogni fase della lavorazione delle carni e degusteremo il prodotto finale, frutto di un’attenta e meticolosa stagionatura.
the second stop will be the visit of a ham factory where we will see all the steps of the processing of the meat and we will taste the final product, result of a careful and attentive curing.

giorno 4: oggi avremo la straordinaria opportunità di visitare un'antica tenuta, ancora destinata alla coltivazione, situata nelle vicinanze di artà. degusteremo la “sobrasada”, il tipico salume locale, e altre prelibatezze nella cucina originaria della finca prima di partire per un'escursione a piedi nella tenuta di pertinenza avvolti in un paesaggio idilliaco. in seguito, passeggiata per il mercato settimanale nel centro di artà. (tempo di percorrenza circa 3 ore; +250 m, -250 m).
4th day: today we have the unique opportunity to visit an old country estate near artà, which is still in operation. we can try the homemade sobrasada and other delicacies in the original finca kitchen, before going on a hike through the idyllic countryside of the estate. then we take a stroll around the weekly market in artá. (hiking time: approx. 3 hours; +250 m, -250 m).
