kopienas kuģa reisa ilgumu nosaka šādi:

c) vēlākais, izbraucot no iepriekšējās ostas, ja reisa ilgums ir mazāks par 24 stundām.
(c) at the latest upon departure from the previous port, if the duration of the voyage is less than 24 hours.

Šajā pielikumā es kuģa zvejas reisa ilgumu definē šādi:

pārvadājuma gadījumā ar kuģi termiņu pagarina līdz kuģa reisa ilgumam.
in the case of transport by ship, the time is prolonged by the time of the voyage.

turp un atpakaļ reisam ar izmitināšanu – reisa ilgums, izbraukšanas un atgriešanās datumi vai dienas, izbraukšanas un brauciena galamērķa rajoni, kā arī iekāpšanas un izkāpšanas punkti;
in the case of a shuttle service with accommodation, the duration, the dates or days of departure and return, the areas of departure and destination and the taking-up and setting-down points;

Šis noteikums neattiecas uz kuģiem, kuru garums ir lielāks par 10 metriem, bet mazāks par 17 metriem, ja zvejas reisa ilgums nepārsniedz 24 stundas, skaitot no ostas atstāšanas brīža līdz atgriešanās brīdim.
this rule shall not apply to vessels of more than 10 metres but not more than 17 metres in length, on a fishing voyage of a maximum of 24 hours measured from the time of leaving port to the time of returning to port.

Šā panta 1. punktā minēto datu pierakstu kapteinis visā zvejas reisa ilgumā līdz izkraušanas deklarācijas iesniegšanai glabā uz zvejas kuģa.
the master shall keep a copy of the information referred to in paragraph 1 on board the fishing vessel for the duration of each fishing trip until the landing declaration has been submitted.

the minimum number of fishing trips to be sampled shall never be less than 1 fishing trip per month during the fishing season for fishing trips of less than 2 weeks and 1 fishing trip per quarter otherwise;
