isu banjir ini sering berlaku di semua negara termasuk malaysia. tetapi kita ingin menumpukan isu ini di negeri perak kerana perak adalah antara negeri yang sering berlaku banjir dan beberapa faktor yang akan dibincangkan dalam cadangan laporan ini. kajian ini mempunyai beberapa masalah termasuklah masalah system perparitan dan longkang yang tersumbat dan sebagainya di kerian, perak. kajian ini memfokuskan kepada masalah terhadap isu isu berkenaan topik kemuncak.
