the ecocard shall be cancelled by any one of the following methods:

wypełniona ekokarta, do której nie zostały dołączone żadne ekopunkty, lub
a completed ecocard to which no ecopoints have been attached, or

ekokarta nie zostaje przedstawiona organom nadzoru zgodnie z postanowieniami niniejszego porozumienia;
an ecocard is not presented to the supervisory authorities in accordance with the provisions of this agreement;

b) wypełniona ekokarta, do której nie zostały załączone żadne ekopunkty; lub
(b) a completed ecocard to which no ecopoints have been attached; or

a) ekokarta nie zostaje przedstawiona organom kontrolnym zgodnie z przepisami niniejszego rozporządzenia;
(a) an ecocard is not presented to the supervisory authorities in accordance with the provisions of this regulation;

w przypadku podróży wymagającej ekopunktów ekokarta lub ekoetykieta zastępuje wszystkie austriackie formy stosowane dla statystyk transportowych.
for journeys requiring ecopoints, the ecocard or the ecotag shall replace all austrian forms hitherto used for transport statistics.

zostaje przedstawiona ekokarta, która jest niekompletna lub niewłaściwa, lub do której ekopunkty nie są właściwie załączone;
an ecocard is presented which is incomplete or incorrect, or where the ecopoints are not correctly affixed;

ekokarta zawierająca odpowiednią ilość ekopunktów przedstawiana jest austriackim organom nadzoru, które wydają z powrotem kopię wraz z dowodem opłaty.
an ecocard, bearing the requisite number of ecopoints shall be handed to the supervisory authorities of austria, who will hand back a copy with the proof of payment.

b) zostaje przedstawiona ekokarta, która jest niekompletna lub niewłaściwa, lub do której ekopunkty nie są właściwie przymocowane;
(b) an ecocard is presented which is incomplete or incorrect, or where the ecopoints are not correctly affixed;

kierowca samochodu ciężarowego musi posiadać w podróży tranzytowej i okazać na żądanie organów nadzorczych należycie wypełniony formularz standardowy lub świadectwo austriackie potwierdzające opłatę za ekopunkty za daną podróż, wzorowane na załączniku a (ekokarta).
the driver of a heavy goods vehicle on a transit journey shall carry, and produce at the request of the supervisory authorities, a duly-completed standard form or an austrian certificate confirming payment for the ecopoints for the journey in question, modelled on annex a and known as the 'ecocard'.

w art. 5 ust. 5 dodaje się lit. d): "d) lub ekokarta nie została unieważniona zgodnie z procedurą ustanowioną w art. 2 ust. 1."
in article 5(5), the following point (d) is added: "(d) or the ecocard has not been cancelled in accordance with the procedure laid down in article 2(1)."
