securus is a direct asset to your safety!

b-securus filter monitoring unit – optimises the performance of the filter cartridge.

b-securus filter monitoring – the safety system for breathing air treatment

b-securus automatically switches the compressor unit off if the cartridge is saturated and has not been changed.

b-securus automatically switches the compressor unit off if the cartridge is saturated and has not been changed.

the cost of purchasing the b-securus thus pays itself off within a short time. the b-securus system does not have to be calibrated.

safety switch-off will also occur in the event of a cable break and if the b-securus is not connected to the unit control.

securus is applicable to all e-motor driven compressors as well as all internal combustion engine driven compressors, provided that these combustion engines are equipped with alternator, rectifier and battery.

unlike other filter systems, the p-filter system with b-securus filter monitoring supports functional monitoring of the moisture values in the breathing air during treatment itself.

the b-securus filter monitoring system ensures that the compressed breathing air is as clean as possible in accordance with din en 12021¹ as well as maximising the service life of the bauer filter cartridge(s) used.

the b-securus system monitors the saturation of the filter cartridge(s) by measuring the moisture in the molecular sieve and outputs a warning on the display or the compressor control in advance of when the filter cartridge should be changed.

available in numerous compatible sizes, with cartridges ideally matched to the respective compressor and application, the option of integrating saturation monitoring for moisture (b-securus) and in three pressure stages: 350, 420 and 500 bar.
