if you cannot come to work for any reason than the lawful reasons you must notify the company that you will be absent. and you must make up for that time. you can use personal leave, but you only have 5 per year
you must come to work and be ready to work. not tired. workers who come to tired to work and sleep will be sent home. and any time missing work will be counted as absent time and made up in that month
