갈 한 자 에 게 물 을 마 시 우 지 아 니 하 며 주 린 자 에 게 식 물 을 주 지 아 니 하 였 구
thou hast not given water to the weary to drink, and thou hast withholden bread from the hungry.

이 것 도 지 혜 로 운 자 의 말 씀 이 라 재 판 할 때 에 낯 을 보 아 주 는 것 이 옳 지 못 하 니
these things also belong to the wise. it is not good to have respect of persons in judgment.

형 제 들 아 ! 주 의 이 름 으 로 말 한 선 지 자 들 로 고 난 과 오 래 참 음 의 본 을 삼 으
take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.

또 가 로 되 열 방 들 아 주 의 백 성 과 함 께 즐 거 워 하 라 하 였 으
and again he saith, rejoice, ye gentiles, with his people.

선 을 행 하 고 죄 를 범 치 아 니 하 는 의 인 은 세 상 에 아 주 없 느 니
for there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.

yea, behold, being planted, shall it prosper? shall it not utterly wither, when the east wind toucheth it? it shall wither in the furrows where it grew.

우 리 딸 은 이 땅 백 성 에 게 주 지 아 니 하 고 우 리 아 들 을 위 하 여 저 희 딸 을 데 려 오 지 아 니 하
and that we would not give our daughters unto the people of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons:

고 핫 자 손 에 게 는 주 지 아 니 하 였 으 니 그 들 의 성 소 의 직 임 은 그 어 깨 로 메 는 일 을 하 는 까 닭 이 었 더
but unto the sons of kohath he gave none: because the service of the sanctuary belonging unto them was that they should bear upon their shoulders.

불 의 로 그 집 을 세 우 며 불 공 평 으 로 그 다 락 방 을 지 으 며 그 이 웃 을 고 용 하 고 그 고 가 를 주 지 아 니 하 는 자 에 게 화 있 을 진 저
woe unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong; that useth his neighbour's service without wages, and giveth him not for his work;

가 난 하 고 궁 핍 한 자 를 학 대 하 거 나 억 탈 하 거 나 빚 진 자 의 전 당 물 을 도 로 주 지 아 니 하 거 나 우 상 에 게 눈 을 들 거 나 가 증 한 일 을 행 하 거
hath oppressed the poor and needy, hath spoiled by violence, hath not restored the pledge, and hath lifted up his eyes to the idols, hath committed abomination,

내 가 너 를 향 하 여 투 기 를 발 하 리 니 그 들 이 분 노 로 네 게 행 하 여 네 코 와 귀 를 깎 아 버 리 고 남 은 자 를 칼 로 엎 드 러 뜨 리 며 네 자 녀 를 빼 앗 고 그 남 은 자 를 불 에 사 르
and i will set my jealousy against thee, and they shall deal furiously with thee: they shall take away thy nose and thine ears; and thy remnant shall fall by the sword: they shall take thy sons and thy daughters; and thy residue shall be devoured by the fire.

너 희 중 에 누 구 든 지 그 에 게 이 르 되 평 안 히 가 라, 더 웁 게 하 라, 배 부 르 게 하 라 하 며 그 몸 에 쓸 것 을 주 지 아 니 하 면 무 슨 이 익 이 있 으 리
and one of you say unto them, depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
