마음속에 두려움을 느끼는 자 에게

he will heed who feareth,
하나님을 두려워 하는 자들 은 그 교훈을 받아들일 것이며

admonished is he indeed who feareth,
하나님을 두려워 하는 자들 은 그 교훈을 받아들일 것이며

but as a reminder unto him who feareth,
하나님을 두려워하는 이들을 위한 교훈이 되게 했노라

then as for him who giveths and feareth him.
자선을 베풀고 두려워 하며

thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it.
그대는 그것을 두려워 하는 자에게 경고하는 경고자에 불과하니라

lo! herein is indeed a lesson for him who feareth.
실로 이 안에는 하나님을 두려워하는 자들을 위한 교훈이 있 노라

but only as an admonition unto him who feareth. *chapter: 20

verily in this is an instructive warning for whosoever feareth (allah).
실로 이 안에는 하나님을 두려워하는 자들을 위한 교훈이 있 노라

that feareth the compassionate in the unseen and cometh to him with a heart penitent:
보이지 아니하며 자애로우신하나님을 두려워 하며 그분께 헌 신하는 자들을 위한 것이니

a wise man feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is confident.
지 혜 로 운 자 는 두 려 워 하 여 악 을 떠 나 나 어 리 석 은 자 는 방 자 하 여 스 스 로 믿 느 니

happy is the man that feareth alway: but he that hardeneth his heart shall fall into mischief.
항 상 경 외 하 는 자 는 복 되 거 니 와 마 음 을 강 퍅 하 게 하 는 자 는 재 앙 에 빠 지 리

aye whosoever keepeth his covenant and feareth allah--then verily allah loveth the god-fearing.
그러나 그의 약속을 이행하 고 의로운자는 실로 하나님의 사 랑을 받을 것이라

and verily we shall make you to dwell in the land after them. this is for him who feareth my majesty and feareth my threats.
그리하여 너희와 그 이후의 백성들을 이 땅에 거주케 하리니 이는 내 앞에서 두려워하는 자와 나의 벌을 두려워하는 자를 위함 이라

and he who hath done some good works, being a believer, he feareth not injustice nor begrudging (of his wage).
그러나 믿음을 갖고 선을 행하는 자는 절망도 보상의 손실 도 염려하지 않노라

he who obeyeth allah and his messenger, and feareth allah, and keepeth duty (unto him): such indeed are the victorious.
하나님과 선지자에게 순종하고 하나님을 두려워하며 경외하는자가 승리하노라

we are the best knower of that which they say, and thou art not over them over them tyrant. wherefore admonish thou by the qur'an him who feareth my threat.
하나님은 그들이 말하는 모든 것을 알고 있나니 그대는 그들에게 강요하는 자 아니라 그러 므로 하나님의 경고를 두려워 하 는 자들에게 이 꾸란을 낭송하라
