currently the sever njipwfndclu10 is up, support team continued worked with veritas wherein they found issue this kb (kb3033929) need to be installed on cluster nodes, while installing this kb they received an error message that kb is already installed on computer, support team verified from registry and programs and failed to find the kb3033929 as installed on the server. 'wmic qfe list' also fails to list as one of the installed kbs. they also looked for the dlls that the kb installs/modifies and those were missing too. support did these checks on both the cluster nodes this kb is very critical and need to be installed. as there is no impact to the application as the cluster resources are working from njipwfndclu11. support team will raised a case with microsoft for further investigation of kb’s installation and will continue to work with vendor (veritas) to fix the cluster issue.
