ပြင်ပလူတို့ရှေ့၌ လျောက်ပတ်စွာကျင့်၍ အဘယ်မျှ မလိုရအောင်၊

အဘယ်ပရောဖက်မျှ မိမိနေရင်းမြို့၌ မျက်နှာမရတတ်။

and as they did eat, he said, verily i say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.

ငါဆိုသည်ကား၊ အကြင်သူသည် လူတို့ရှေ့မှာ ငါ့ကိုဝန်ခံအံ့။ ဘုရားသခင်၏ ကောင်းကင်တမန်တို့ရှေ့ မှာ လူသားသည် ထိုသူကိုဝန်ခံမည်။

and he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, damsel, i say unto thee, arise.
သူငယ်၏လက်ကို ကိုင်တော်မူလျှက်၊ တလိသကုမိဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။ အနက်ကား၊ မိန်းမငယ်ထလော့ ငါဆို၏ဟု ဆိုလိုသတည်း။
