procédé d'obtention d'un produit liquide énergétique naturel obtenu en mélangeant du lait, du miel d'abeille à raison de 5 à 20 % en poids; 0,6 à 6 % de pollen; du cacao en poudre à raison de 1 à 9 % et de 0,1 à 3 % d'arômes naturels extraits d'herbes. le ph est ajusté entre 6,30 et 6,60, le mélange s'effectuant dans un premier agitateur avec seulement 15 % du lait, puis on fait passer le tout dans une cuve à agitateur où se trouvent les 85 % restants de lait. on procède ensuite à l'homogénéisation et à l'upérisation du produit à 150 °c pendant 2 à 4 secondes, le produit fini étant acheminé vers une machine de conditionnement aseptique où il est conditionné avec n'importe quel type de conditionnement normalisé, de préférence les conditionnements de type brique.
