53 - خلال الدورة الرابعة من عمر "المجلس " (الفترة من 2011 إلى 2013) تتواصل جهود "المجلس " - وعلى أعلى المستويات - من أجل تفعيل العديد من الملفات ذات العلاقة المباشرة باحتياجات المرأة، ومن أهمها الخطة التنفيذية لتفعيل مخرجات المؤتمر الوطني الأول للمرأة البحرينية حول إدماج احتياجات المرأة في برامج التنمية الشاملة، والتي حظيت بمباركة المقام السامي صاحب الجلالة ملك مملكة البحرين المفدى حفظه الله الذي أصدر توجيهاته السامية إلى مجلس الوزراء لاتخاذ الإجراءات التنفيذية اللازمة وتفعيل دور "المجلس " بهذا الشأن.
