hey whatever your name is, in normal circumstances, i would start by stating my name but given the way that you act, i wouldnt trust you with that. i dont get why this nonsense has escalated to that inappropriate/unacceptable behavior from both of you. i am sending you this message basing my words on a very objective viewpoint despite the fact that i know heba. heba was wrong when she insulted you, i cant deny that. you also have no business/communication experience whatsoever. as a startup business, you should watch your words and actions and not let any stupid actions like the ones you took jeopardize your business. also, i cant figure out why would you impersonate someone online on a porn-website and give out all the confidential personal information of your clients. that's a despicable action to take and i'm guessing you have not thought that through while creating this profile. you dont have to deny that you are the one who did it & lying about it wouldn't make it any better. that is a very disreputable of you specially that you are, or at least i'm assuming, a sane adult who can think of the consequences of their actions. by the way, i'm not threatening you with anything and i am also certain that you cannot in any possible way even think of harming heba and invading the privacy of people. so, to sum up, what you did is a felony both on civil & corporate terms. even online impersonation has been criminalized in the state of california in early 2011, not to mention, disclosing confidential client information and threatening your clients with assaults etc. that's of course besides the legal actions that i could've taken against you here in egypt but i won't!! and that's because i'm assuming there is no need to involve your mother into this since you are not present in egypt. heba was out of line, when she swore at you, but at least that was between you two in private messages over a stupid shopping order. and i still believe that you could've still contained her and dealt with the problem in a more business professional way as one essential factor of customer satisfaction.but nevertheless, you were not able to do that and have took actions that i deem improper. lastly, i would like to restate the purpose of this message: it is not meant to be a threat, i (we) are not even to the smallest degree afraid of what action you will ever take, yet i still am writing this message in good faith and expect you to remove this (nonsense) profile off the internet. i am also apologizing on behalf of heba for any swear words that came out of her. though, i am still shocked of the words you mentioned from this fake facebook account (the message in "others" folder) and i cant believe that a woman your age and also married would sanely choose to involve elder people in her threats and swear words. no matter what you choose to do, it's your decision, i honestly couldn't care less. just giving you a heads up, maybe you will recognize the impact of yout actions. now, i am ending this message, not expecting any kind of communication between you and heba and let that be the end of it. all of us could use our time more wisely and on more important stuff. enough said!!! on a side-note, i am being as friendly as i could be, but if you (which i doubt) take any improper action, trust me, i know how to fight for my right and i could be dirty too but i dont prefer this practice. sincerely,
