and after that they durst not ask him any question at all.

knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the lord, whether he be bond or free.
ကောင်းသောအကျင့်ကို ကျင့်သောသူ မည်သည်ကား၊ ကျွန်ဖြစ်စေ၊ လူလွတ်ဖြစ်စေ၊ သခင်ဘုရား၏ လက်တော်မှ အကျိုးကိုခံရလိမ့်မည်ဟု သိမှတ်ကြလော့။

and as the people were in expectation, and all men mused in their hearts of john, whether he were the christ, or not;
လူအများတို့သည် မြော်လင့်၍၊ ယောဟန်သည် ခရစ်တော်မှန်သည်မမှန်သည်ကို နှလုံးထဲမှာ တွေး တောဆင်ခြင်ကြစဉ်၊

who can discover the face of his garment? or who can come to him with his double bridle?

and he shall offer the one of the turtledoves, or of the young pigeons, such as he can get;

and this is the record of john, when the jews sent priests and levites from jerusalem to ask him, who art thou?
ယုဒလူတို့က၊ သင်သည်အဘယ်သူနည်းဟု ယောဟန်ကိုမေးမြန်းစေခြင်းငှါ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်နှင့် လေဝိလူတို့ကို ယေရုရှလင်မြို့မှ စေလွှတ်သောအခါ၊ ယောဟန်သည် သက်သေခံလေသည်မှာ၊

behold, he drinketh up a river, and hasteth not: he trusteth that he can draw up jordan into his mouth.
မြစ်ရေထသော်လည်း သူသည်မပြေးတတ်။ သူ၏ခံတွင်းကို ယော်ဒန်မြစ်ရေ ဝှေ့တိုက်သော်လည်း မတုန်မလှုပ်ဘဲ နေတတ်၏။

but the soul that doeth ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the lord; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားဖြစ်စေ၊ တပါးအမျိုးသား ဖြစ်စေ၊ ရဲရင့်စွာပြစ်မှားလျှင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို မရိုသေ ရာသို့ ရောက်သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ထိုသူကို သူ၏အမျိုးမှ ပယ်ရှင်း ရမည်။

and if a soul sin, and hear the voice of swearing, and is a witness, whether he hath seen or known of it; if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.
တစုံတယောက်သောသူသည် အမှုကို မြင်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ သိသည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ ကျိန်ဆိုစေသော စကားကို ကြား၍၊ သက်သေဖြစ်လျက်နှင့် ပြန်မပြောဘဲနေသဖြင့် ပြစ်မှား၍၊ မိမိ ဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်ကို ခံရသော်၎င်း၊

and whosoever will not do the law of thy god, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment.
သင်၏ဘုရားသခင့်တရားနှင့် ရှင်ဘုရင်အမိန့် တော်ကို ငြင်းဆန်သောသူ မည်သည်ကား၊ အသေသတ် ခြင်း၊ နှင်ထုတ်ခြင်း၊ ဥစ္စာသိမ်းယူခြင်း၊ ထောင်ထဲမှာ လှောင်ထားခြင်းတည်းဟူသော ရာဇဝတ်တစုံတခုကို အလျင် အမြန်ခံစေဟု အမိန့်တော်စာ၌ပါသတည်း။

but by what means he now seeth, we know not; or who hath opened his eyes, we know not: he is of age; ask him: he shall speak for himself.
အဘယ်ကြောင့် မျက်စိမြင်သည်ကို၎င်း၊ အဘယ်သူသည်သူ၏ မျက်စိကိုဖွင့်သည်ကို၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ မသိကြပါ။ သူသည် အသက်ရွယ်နှင့်ပြည့်စုံပါ၏။ သူ့ကိုမေးကြပါလော့။ သူသည်ကိုယ်အကြောင်းကို ကိုယ် တိုင်ပြောပါလိမ့်မည်ဟု ပြန်ပြောကြ၏။

o inhabitant of aroer, stand by the way, and espy; ask him that fleeth, and her that escapeth, and say, what is done?
အိုအာရော်မြို့သား၊ လမ်းနားမှာရပ်၍ ကြည့်ရှု လော့။ အဘယ်အမှုရှိသနည်းဟု၊ ပြေးသောယောက်ျားနှင့် အသက်လွတ်သော မိန်းမကိုမေးမြန်းလော့။

and the anger of the lord was kindled against moses, and he said, is not aaron the levite thy brother? i know that he can speak well. and also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee: and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart.
ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မောရှေအား အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍၊ လေဝိလူ အာရုန်သည် သင်၏အစ်ကိုဖြစ်သည် မဟုတ်လော။ သူသည် ကောင်းမွန်စွာပြောတတ်သည်ကို ငါသိ၏။ သူသည်လည်း သင့်ကိုခရီးဦးကြိုပြုခြင်းငှါ ယခုလာ၏။ တွေ့မြင်သောအခါ ဝမ်းမြောက်လိမ့်မည်။
