his lord forgave him, accepted his repentance, and gave him guidance.
ދެން އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ، އެކަލޭގެފާނު خيار ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. ފަހެ، އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ މައްޗަށް توبة ލައްވައި ތެދުމަގު ދެއްކެވިއެވެ.

then his lord had mercy on him, accepted his repentance and guided him.
ދެން އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ، އެކަލޭގެފާނު خيار ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. ފަހެ، އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ މައްޗަށް توبة ލައްވައި ތެދުމަގު ދެއްކެވިއެވެ.

glorify your lord with praise and ask him for forgivenes. he accepts repentance.
ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއަށް حمد އާއެކު تسبيح ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! އަދި ފާފަފުއްސެވުން އެދިވަޑައިގެން އެކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް ދަންނަވާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ގިނަގިނައިން توبة قبول ކުރައްވާ ކަލަކުކަމުގައި އެކަލާނގެ ވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.

and whosoever repents, and does righteousness, he truly turns to god in repentance.
އަދި توبة ވެ صالح عمل ކޮށްފިމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެމީހާއީ ގިނަގިނައިން اللَّه އަށް توبة ވާ މީހެކެވެ.

he accepts repentance from his servants and pardons their sins. he knows everything you do.
އެކަލާނގެއީ، އެކަލާނގެ އަޅުތަކުންގެ ކިބައިން توبة قبول ކުރައްވައި، ނުބައިކަންތަކަށް عفو ކުރައްވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންކުރާ ކަންތައްތައް، އެކަލާނގެ ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.

and whosoever repenteth and doeth good, he verily repenteth toward allah with true repentance -
އަދި توبة ވެ صالح عمل ކޮށްފިމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެމީހާއީ ގިނަގިނައިން اللَّه އަށް توبة ވާ މީހެކެވެ.

and it is he who accepts repentance from his servants and pardons misdeeds, and he knows what you do.
އެކަލާނގެއީ، އެކަލާނގެ އަޅުތަކުންގެ ކިބައިން توبة قبول ކުރައްވައި، ނުބައިކަންތަކަށް عفو ކުރައްވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންކުރާ ކަންތައްތައް، އެކަލާނގެ ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.

and he it is who accepts repentance from his servants and pardons the evil deeds and he knows what you do;
އެކަލާނގެއީ، އެކަލާނގެ އަޅުތަކުންގެ ކިބައިން توبة قبول ކުރައްވައި، ނުބައިކަންތަކަށް عفو ކުރައްވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންކުރާ ކަންތައްތައް، އެކަލާނގެ ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.

and he it is who accepteth repentance from his bondmen, and pardoneth the evil deeds, and knoweth what ye do,
އެކަލާނގެއީ، އެކަލާނގެ އަޅުތަކުންގެ ކިބައިން توبة قبول ކުރައްވައި، ނުބައިކަންތަކަށް عفو ކުރައްވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންކުރާ ކަންތައްތައް، އެކަލާނގެ ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.

ask the forgiveness of your lord and turn to him in repentance. indeed, my lord is the most merciful, loving'
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް ފާފަފުއްސެވުންއެދި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދަންނަވާށެވެ! ދެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެކަލާނގެއަށް توبة ވާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއީ رحيم ވަންތަ ނުހަނު އޯގާވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

and remove the anger of their (believers') hearts. allah accepts the repentance of whom he wills.
އަދި އެއުރެންގެ (އެބަހީ: مؤمن ންގެ) ހިތްތަކުގައިވާ ރުޅިވެރިކަން ފިއްލަވާނެތެވެ. اللَّه އިރާދަކުރައްވާ ބަޔެއްގެ މައްޗަށް توبة ލައްވާނެތެވެ. اللَّه އީ، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ حكيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

at that time adam learnt appropriate words from his lord and repented, and his lord accepted his repentance, for he is very relenting and very merciful.
ފަހެ، آدم ގެފާނު، އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ން كلمة ފުޅުތަކެއް ބާވައިގަންނަވައި (އެ كلمة ފުޅުތައް ވިދާޅުވެ، توبة ވެވަޑައިގަތުމުން) ފަހެ، އެކަލާނގެ އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ މައްޗަށް توبة ލައްވައިފިއެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަލާނގެއީ، ގިނަގިނައިން توبة قبول ކުރައްވާ رحيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

"and ask forgiveness of your lord and turn unto him in repentance. verily, my lord is most merciful, most loving."
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް ފާފަފުއްސެވުންއެދި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދަންނަވާށެވެ! ދެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެކަލާނގެއަށް توبة ވާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއީ رحيم ވަންތަ ނުހަނު އޯގާވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

"my people, seek forgiveness from your lord and turn to him in repentance. he will send you abundant rain from the sky and will increase your power.
އޭ އަހުރެންގެ قوم ގެމީހުންނޭވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް، ފާފަފުއްސެވުންއެދި ދަންނަވާށެވެ. ދެން އެކަލާނގެއަށް توبة ވާށެވެ! އޭރުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މައްޗަށް އުޑުން، ބޯކޮށް ގިނައިން (ވެހޭގޮތުގައި) ވާރޭ ފޮނުއްވާނެތެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ބާރުގެ ތެރެޔަށް ބާރު އިތުރުކޮށްދެއްވާނެތެވެ. އަދި ކުށްވެރިންގެ ގޮތުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ފުރަގަސްދީ ނުދާށެވެ!

(allah accepts) the repentance from only those who commit evil in ignorance and then quickly turn to him in repentance. allah will relent towards them.
توبة ލެއްވުން اللَّه ގެ حضرة ން އޮތްކަން ކަށަވަރީ، ނޭނގިތިބުމާއެކު ނުބައިކަންތައްކޮށް، ދެން، އެކަންތައް ކުރުމާ ގާތުގައި (ލަސްނުކޮށް) توبة ވެ އުޅޭމީހުންނަށެވެ. ފަހެ، اللَّه، އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް توبة ލައްވަތެވެ. އަދި، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޮޑިގެންވާ حكيم ވަންތަ ކަލަކު ކަމުގައި اللَّه ވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.

and some are kept waiting for allah’s command – he may punish them or accept their repentance; and allah is all knowing, wise.
އަދި އެހެންބަޔަކު اللَّه ގެ أمر ފުޅު އަތުވެއްޖައުމަށް ދާނދެން ފަސްކުރައްވާފައިވެއެވެ. އެހެންޏާ އެއުރެންނަށް އެކަލާނގެ عذاب ދެއްވާނެތެވެ. އެހެންޏާ އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް އެކަލާނގެ توبة ލައްވާނެތެވެ. اللَّه އީ، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ، حكيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

[there are] others who have confessed to their sins, having mixed up righteous conduct with other that was evil. maybe allah will accept their repentance.
އަދި އެހެންބަޔަކު އެއުރެންގެ ކުށްތަކަށް اعتراف ވޫއެވެ. އެއުރެން ހެޔޮ عمل އަކާއި، ނުބައި އެހެން ކަމަކާ އެއްކޮށްފައިވެއެވެ. اللَّه، އެއުރެން މައްޗަށް توبة ލެއްވުން ގާތްވެގެންވެތެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، ގިނަގިނައިން ފާފަފުއްސަވާ، رحيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

allah wants to accept your repentance, but those who follow [their] passions want you to digress [into] a great deviation.
އަދި، اللَّه އިރާދަކުރައްވަނީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މައްޗަށް توبة ލެއްވުމަށެވެ. އަދި، އަމިއްލަ އެދުންތަކަށް تبع ވާ މީހުން އެދެނީ (حق ގެ މަގު ފިޔަވައި باطل ގެ މަގަށް) ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ލެނބުމަކުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ލެނބިގަތުމަށެވެ.

"but ask forgiveness of your lord, and turn unto him (in repentance): for my lord is indeed full of mercy and loving-kindness."
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް ފާފަފުއްސެވުންއެދި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދަންނަވާށެވެ! ދެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެކަލާނގެއަށް توبة ވާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއީ رحيم ވަންތަ ނުހަނު އޯގާވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

(a voice will say:) "this is what was promised for you,- for every one who turned (to allah) in sincere repentance, who kept (his law),
(އަދި އަންގަވާނެތެވެ.) މިއީ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް وعد ކުރައްވާ ކަންތަކެވެ. (އެކަންއޮތީ) اللَّه ގެ حضرة އަށް ގިނަގިނައިން رجوع ވާ، އަދި އެކަލާނގެ عهد ތަކަށް ރައްކާތެރިވާ ކޮންމެ މީހަކަށެވެ.
