it is god who flashes lightning to frighten you and to give you hope. it is he who forms the heavy clouds.
Ӯст, ки барқро гоҳ барои тарсонидан ва гоҳ барои умед бахшидан ба шумо менамоёнад ва абрҳои гаронборро падид меоварад.

and they seek to frighten you with those besides him; and whomsoever allah makes err, there is no guide for him.

Болои сарашон табақоти оташ аст ва дар зери пояшон табақоти оташ». Ин чизест, ки Худо бандагони худро бо он метарсонад.
