Ба мардуми худ гуфт: «Оё аз Худо наметарсед?

then when he told her thereof, she said, "who told thee this?
Чун ӯро аз он хабар дод, гуфт: «Чӣ касе туро аз ин моҷаро огоҳ кардааст?»

he told them to ply their bellows until the iron became hot as fire.
Чун миёни он ду куҳ ҷамъкарда шуд, гуфт: «Бидамед!» То он оҳанро бигудохт.

he said: "the all-knower, the all-aware (allah) has told me".
Гуфт: «Он Худои донои огоҳ ба ман хабар додааст».

"he said, "he told me who knows and is well-acquainted (with all things)."
Гуфт: «Он Худои донои огоҳ ба ман хабар додааст».

so when he told her about it, she said, ‘who informed you about it?’
Чун ӯро аз он хабар дод, гуфт: «Чӣ касе туро аз ин моҷаро огоҳ кардааст?»

then when he told her (hafsah) thereof, she said: "who told you this?"
Чун ӯро аз он хабар дод, гуфт: «Чӣ касе туро аз ин моҷаро огоҳ кардааст?»

we sent to the people of midian their brother shu`ayb. he told them, "worship god.
Ва бародарашон Шуъайбро ба Мадян фиристодем.

we also sent lot, and recall when he told his people: "do you commit shameless acts with your eyes open?
Ва Лутро ба ёд ор. Он гоҳ ки ба қавми худ гуфт: «Корҳои зишт мекунед, дар ҳоле, ки худ ба зиштии он огоҳед?

so zakariya came out to his people from him chamber: he told them by signs to celebrate allah's praises in the morning and in the evening.
Аз меҳроб ба миёни қавми худ берун омад ва ба онон эълом кард, ки субҳу шом тасбеҳ гӯед.

he told them that it would be best for them in the sight of their lord, who would forgive them, for he is all-forgiving and all-merciful.
Пас Худо тавбаи шуморо пазируфт, зеро тавбапазир ва меҳрубон аст.

indeed we sent moses with our signs to pharaoh and his nobles. he told them: “i am a messenger of the lord of the universe.”
Ва албатта Мӯсоро ҳамроҳ бо оёти Худ бар Фиръавн ва раисони қавмаш фиристодем ва гуфт: «Ман фиристодаи Парвардигори ҷаҳониёнам!»

Чун аз он номҳо огаҳашон кард, Худо гуфт: «Оё ба шумо нагуфтам, ки манн ниҳони осмонҳову заминро медонам ва бар он чӣ ошкор мекунед ва пинҳон медоштед, огаҳам?».

he told jesus, "i will save you from your enemies, raise you to myself, keep you clean from the association with the disbelievers, and give superiority to your followers over the unbelievers until the day of judgment.
Он гоҳ Худо гуфт: «Эй Исо, ман туро мемиронам ва ба сӯи худ бармеоварам ва аз кофирон дур месозам ва то рӯзи қиёмат ононро, ки ба ту паиравӣ кунанд, болои кофирон қарор хоҳам дод.
