how can there be for them an admonition (at the time when the torment has reached them), when a messenger explaining things clearly has already come to them.
ข้อตักเตือนนั้นจะเป็นผลแก่พวกเขาได้อย่างไร ทั้ง ๆ ที่ได้มีร่อซูลผู้ชี้แจงอย่างแจ้งชัดมายังพวกเขาแล้ว

then we gave moses the scripture, perfect for the righteous, and explaining everything clearly, and a beacon, and mercy, that they may believe in the encounter with their lord.
แล้วเราได้ให้คัมภีร์แก่มูซาทั้งนี้เป็นการครบถ้วน แก่ผู้ที่กระทำดี และเป็นการแจกแจงในทุกสิ่งทุกอย่าง และเพื่อเป็นการแนะนำ และเป็นการเอ็นดูเมตตา เพื่อว่าพวกเขาจะได้ศรัทธาต่อการพบกับพระเจ้าของพวกเขา

and there is none that walks upon the earth whose sustenance does not depend on the mercy of allah – he knows where it shall stay and where it shall be deposited; everything is in a clearly explaining book.
และไม่ว่าสัตว์ตัวใดที่เหยียบย่ำอยู่ในแผ่นดิน เว้นแต่เครื่องยังชีพของมันเป็นหน้าที่ของอัลลอฮ์ และพระองค์ทรงรู้ที่พำนักของมันและที่พักชั่วคราวของมัน ทุกสิ่งอยู่ในบันทึกอันชัดแจ้ง

and on the day when we will raise up in every people a witness against them from among themselves, and bring you as a witness against these-- and we have revealed the book to you explaining clearly everything, and a guidance and mercy and good news for those who submit.

alif-lam-ra. [these letters are one of the miracles of the quran, and none but allah (alone) knows their meanings]. these are the verses of the book (the quran) al-hakim [showing lawful and unlawful things, explaining allah's (divine) laws for mankind, leading them to eternal happiness by ordering them to follow the true islamic monotheism, - worshipping none but allah alone - that will guide them to paradise and save them from hell].
