14. die rechtsfolge, daß die beschwerde eines einsprechenden wegen mangelnder beschwer unzulässig ist, wenn der einsprechende sein mangelndes einverständnis nicht innerhalb der monatsfrist der regel 58 (4) zu erkennen gibt, stellt auch keine unzumutbare erschwerung des zugangs zur rechtsmittelinstanz dar, denn es würde vollkommen genügen, wenn der einsprechende innerhalb der frist ausreichend deutlich zum ausdruck bringt, daß er nach wie vor mit der aufrechterhaltung in geändertem umfang nicht einverstanden ist.
