in the second phase, sgs intron will make an updated offer to aliapur relating to measurements of the 9 samples.

il est expressément entendu entre aliapur et sgs intron que les dispositions du présent contrat sont les seules applicables entre les parties.
it is expressly understood between aliapur and sgs intron that the provisions of this agreement are the only ones applicable between the parties.

aliapur s’engage à envoyer 9 échantillons codifiés de granulats de punr au sgs intron en vue d’exécuter les présentes.
aliapur undertakes to send 9 codified samples of elt granulates to sgs intron so that it may fulfil the terms herein.

afin d’effectuer ces analyses aliapur sollicite les services du sgs intron afin de réaliser des évaluations relatives aux hap dans les granulats de pneumatiques usagés.
to perform these analyses aliapur is seeking the services of sgs intron to conduct evaluations of hap in end of life tyre granulates.

aliapur sera dispensé de procéder aux règlements si sgs intron n’a pas rempli à la date de règlement l’ensemble de leurs engagements au titre des présentes.
aliapur will be exempted from paying sgs intron if it has failed to meet all of its obligations under the terms herein by the settlement date.

après validation des travaux et livrables par aliapur et à l’issue de la réunion de synthèse, le rapport global définitif une fois validé par aliapur sera transmis par sgs intron au maximum une semaine plus tard.
after validation of the work and deliverables by aliapur and at the end of the review meeting, the final overall report, once approved by aliapur, will be transmitted by sgs intron within a maximum of one week.

aliapur reste libre d’accepter ou non l’offre de sgs intron et au besoin donnera lieu à l’établissement d’un avenant aux présentes.
aliapur remains free to accept or reject the offer made by sgs intron and if necessary will draw up a written amendment hereto.
