considérant que l'article 1er de la décision 94/766/ce de la commission du 21 novembre 1994 fixant les conditions particulières d'importation des produits de la pêche et de l'aquaculture originaires de taïwan(3), modifiée en dernier lieu par la décision 96/255/ce(4), prévoit que le "bureau of commodity inspection and quarantine (bciq)" est reconnu comme l'autorité compétente à taïwan pour vérifier et certifier la conformité des produits de la pêche avec les exigences de la directive 91/493/cee;
