4. condamne à nouveau l'ensemble des enlèvements et des prises d'otages, qu'ils soient civils ou non; réaffirme sa volonté d'empêcher les terroristes de tirer profit, de manière directe ou indirecte, de versements de rançons ou de concessions politiques en échange de la libération d'otages, en application de ses résolutions ainsi que de la résolution 2133 (2014) du conseil de sécurité portant sur la question; accueille avec le plus grand soulagement la libération des diplomates algériens, mourad guessas et kedour miloudi, enlevés en avril 2012 à gao, au nord du mali, par un groupe terroriste; fait part de ses sincères condoléances au président, au gouvernement et au peuple algériens à la suite du décès de deux des diplomates enlevés, à savoir taher touati, assassiné par ses ravisseurs, et boualem saies, mort en détention; et remercie les autorités algériennes de n'avoir pas donné suite aux exigences des ravisseurs, ce qui a permis d'obtenir la libération inconditionnelle des diplomates et d'éviter des versements de rançon ou des échanges;
4. to condemn all abductions and taking of civilian or other hostages; to assert its commitment to preventing terrorists from benefiting directly or indirectly from ransom payments or political concessions in exchange for the release of hostages in implementation of resolutions of the council of the league and security council resolution 2133 (2014); to express its extreme relief over the release of the two algerian diplomats, mourad guessas and kedour miloudi, who were abducted in april 2012 in gao (northern mali) by a terrorist group; to extend its deepest condolences to the algerian president, government and people for the death of two diplomats who were abducted, tahir touati, who was assassinated by his abductors, and boualem saies, who died while being held hostage; and to commend for the position of the algerian authorities to not accede to the terrorists' demands, which led to the release of the diplomats held hostage without any concessions, ransom payment or swap.
