overwegende dat de commissie volgens artikel 18, lid 3, van bovengenoemde richtlijn bij beschikking moet vaststellen of met inachtneming van het medegedeelde bestuursbesluit de in nederland bestaande bepalingen ter uitvoering van de richtlijn nog steeds aan de voorwaarden voor financiële deelneming van de gemeenschap aan de in artikel 15 van eerdergenoemde richtlijn bedoelde gemeenschappelijke actie voldoen;
whereas article 18 (3) of directive 72/159/eec requires the commission to decide whether, having regard to the abovementioned decision, the existing provisions in the netherlands for the implementation of the said directive continue to satisfy the conditions for financial contribution by the community to common measures within the meaning of article 15 thereof;
