professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

여 호 와 께 서 하 늘 에 서 인 생 을 굽 어 살 피 사 지 각 이 있 어 하 나 님 을 찾 는 자 가 있 는 가 보 려 하 신
the lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek god.

장 차 한 능 력 있 는 왕 이 일 어 나 서 큰 권 세 로 다 스 리 며 임 의 로 행 하 리
and a mighty king shall stand up, that shall rule with great dominion, and do according to his will.

또 하 늘 로 부 터 두 번 째 소 리 있 어 내 게 대 답 하 되 하 나 님 이 깨 끗 하 게 하 신 것 을 네 가 속 되 다 말 라 하 더
but the voice answered me again from heaven, what god hath cleansed, that call not thou common.

영 광 이 저 에 게 세 세 토 록 있 을 지 어 다 ! 아
to whom be glory for ever and ever. amen.

어 느 집 에 들 어 가 든 지 거 기 서 유 하 다 가 거 기 서 떠 나
and whatsoever house ye enter into, there abide, and thence depart.

우 리 가 육 체 에 있 어 행 하 나 육 체 대 로 싸 우 지 아 니 하 노
for though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

헬 라 인 이 나 야 만 이 나 지 혜 있 는 자 나 어 리 석 은 자 에 게 다 내 가 빚 진 자
i am debtor both to the greeks, and to the barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.

옛 날 이 오 늘 보 다 나 은 것 이 어 찜 이 냐 하 지 말 라 이 렇 게 묻 는 것 이 지 혜 가 아 니 니
say not thou, what is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not inquire wisely concerning this.

하 나 님 우 리 아 버 지 와 주 예 수 그 리 스 도 로 좇 아 은 혜 와 평 강 이 너 희 에 게 있 을 지 어 다
grace be to you, and peace, from god our father, and from the lord jesus christ.

그 들 이 아 브 라 함 에 게 이 르 되 ` 네 아 내 사 라 가 어 디 있 느 냐 ?' 대 답 하 되 ` 장 막 에 있 나 이 다
and they said unto him, where is sarah thy wife? and he said, behold, in the tent.

오 직 ! 너 희 의 하 나 님 여 호 와 께 붙 어 떠 나 지 않 은 너 희 는 오 늘 까 지 다 생 존 하 였 느 니
but ye that did cleave unto the lord your god are alive every one of you this day.

니 고 데 모 가 가 로 되 ` 사 람 이 늙 으 면 어 떻 게 날 수 있 삽 나 이 까 ? 두 번 째 모 태 에 들 어 갔 다 가 날 수 있 삽 나 이 까 ?
nicodemus saith unto him, how can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

사 울 이 가 로 되 ` 너 희 백 성 의 어 른 들 아 ! 다 이 리 로 오 라 오 늘 이 죄 가 뉘 게 있 나 알 아 보

라 반 이 야 곱 에 게 대 답 하 여 가 로 되 ` 딸 들 은 내 딸 이 요, 자 식 들 은 내 자 식 이 요, 양 떼 는 나 의 양 떼 요, 네 가 보 는 것 은 다 내 것 이 라 내 가 오 늘 날 내 딸 들 과 그 낳 은 자 식 들 에 게 어 찌 할 수 있 으 랴
and laban answered and said unto jacob, these daughters are my daughters, and these children are my children, and these cattle are my cattle, and all that thou seest is mine: and what can i do this day unto these my daughters, or unto their children which they have born?
