and if a stranger shall sojourn among you, and will keep the passover unto the lord; according to the ordinance of the passover, and according to the manner thereof, so shall he do: ye shall have one ordinance, both for the stranger, and for him that was born in the land.

finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you:

olim putatis quod excusemus nos apud vos coram deo in christo loquimur omnia autem carissimi propter vestram aedificatione
again, think ye that we excuse ourselves unto you? we speak before god in christ: but we do all things, dearly beloved, for your edifying.

multa mihi fiducia est apud vos multa mihi gloriatio pro vobis repletus sum consolatione superabundo gaudio in omni tribulatione nostr
great is my boldness of speech toward you, great is my glorying of you: i am filled with comfort, i am exceeding joyful in all our tribulation.

et subiciatur ei omnis terra tunc eritis inculpabiles et apud dominum et apud israhel et obtinebitis regiones quas vultis coram domin
and the land be subdued before the lord: then afterward ye shall return, and be guiltless before the lord, and before israel; and this land shall be your possession before the lord.

spiritum veritatis quem mundus non potest accipere quia non videt eum nec scit eum vos autem cognoscitis eum quia apud vos manebit et in vobis eri
even the spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

ne iterum cum venero humiliet me deus apud vos et lugeam multos ex his qui ante peccaverunt et non egerunt paenitentiam super inmunditia et fornicatione et inpudicitia quam gesserun
and lest, when i come again, my god will humble me among you, and that i shall bewail many which have sinned already, and have not repented of the uncleanness and fornication and lasciviousness which they have committed.
