know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of abraham.
ilaq aț-țfehmem ihi, wid iteddun s liman, d nutni i d arraw n tideț n sidna ibṛahim.

by this we know that we love the children of god, when we love god, and keep his commandments.
atah wamek ara nẓer belli nḥemmel arraw n ṛebbi : ma nḥemmel sidi ṛebbi yerna nxeddem lumuṛat-is.

for which things' sake the wrath of god cometh on the children of disobedience:
d annect-agi i d-isseɣlayen urrif n sidi ṛebbi ɣef wid i t-ițɛaṣin.

and he said unto them, can ye make the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them?
sidna Ɛisa yenna yasen : eɛni tzemrem a sen-tinim i yinebgawen n yesli ad uẓummen ass n tmeɣṛa ? ur tezmirem ara !

and not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of god that were scattered abroad.
mačči kan ɣef wegdud-is ara yemmet meɛna akken ad isdukkel arraw n ṛebbi i gemzerwaɛen di ddunit meṛṛa, a ten-yejmeɛ d yiwen wegdud.

but the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
meɛna aṭas seg wid i gɣilen ad weṛten tagelda ara yețwaḍeggṛen ɣer beṛṛa, ɣer ṭṭlam anda ara ilin imeṭṭawen, nndama tameqqrant akk-d weqṛac n tuɣmas.

men and brethren, children of the stock of abraham, and whosoever among you feareth god, to you is the word of this salvation sent.
ay atmaten ! ay arraw n sidna ibṛahim d wid akk ițțaggaden sidi ṛebbi ! i nukkni iwumi i d-ițțuceggeɛ wawal-agi n leslak.

and not as moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:
nukni ur nelli ara am sidna musa yețɣummun udem-is iwakken ur țwalin ara wat isṛail lɛaḍima-nni ur nețdum ara.

and i heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of israel.
imiren sliɣ i leḥsab n wid yețwaḍebɛen, meyya uṛebɛa uṛebɛin alef si leɛṛac n wat isṛail :

in this the children of god are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of god, neither he that loveth not his brother.
atah wayen i d-ițbegginen lxilaf yellan ger warraw n sidi ṛebbi d wid n cciṭan : kra n win ur nteddu ara s lḥeqq neɣ ur nḥemmel ara gma-s ur yelli ara si tarwa n sidi ṛebbi.

and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living god.
anda akken i sen-qqaṛen : « ur tellim ara d agdud n sidi ṛebbi», dinna ara țțusemmin d arraw n sidi ṛebbi yeddren.

this is that moses, which said unto the children of israel, a prophet shall the lord your god raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear.
d nețța daɣen i gennan i wat isṛail : sidi ṛebbi a wen-d-yefk si ger watmaten-nwen yiwen n nnbi am nekk.

among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
nukni daɣen, zik-nni am nutni i nella ; nettabaɛ ixemmimen-nneɣ, ccehwat-nneɣ, nxeddem lebɣi n tnefsit-nneɣ, nella nuklal urrif n sidi ṛebbi am wiyaḍ.

and jesus said unto them, can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast.
sidna Ɛisa yerra-yasen : eɛni inebgawen n tmeɣṛa zemren ad ilin di leḥzen skud yella yesli yid-sen ? a d-yas wass i deg ara sen-ițwakkes yesli, imiren ad uẓummen.

but if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of israel could not stedfastly behold the face of moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:
ccariɛa yețwajerden ɣef teblaḍin n wezṛu tesban-ed tamanegt n sidi ṛebbi deg udem n sidna musa, yețfeǧǧiǧ wudem-is almi ur zmiren ara wat isṛail ad muqlen ɣuṛ-es ; ɣas akken, afeǧǧeǧ-nni ur ițdum ara.
