למטה אפרים הושע בן נון׃
of the tribe of ephraim, oshea the son of nun.

חבור עצבים אפרים הנח לו׃
ephraim is joined to idols: let him alone.

צרור עון אפרים צפונה חטאתו׃
the iniquity of ephraim is bound up; his sin is hid.

ברגלים תרמסנה עטרת גאות שכורי אפרים׃
the crown of pride, the drunkards of ephraim, shall be trodden under feet:

ועל גבול מנשה מפאת קדמה עד פאת ימה אפרים אחד׃
and by the border of manasseh, from the east side unto the west side, a portion for ephraim.

יען כי יעץ עליך ארם רעה אפרים ובן רמליהו לאמר׃
