they ravished the women in zion, and the maids in the cities of judah.

de his autem civitatibus quae dabuntur tibi nullum omnino permittes viver
but of the cities of these people, which the lord thy god doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth:
