märka varje körjournal med ett unikt nummer,
identify each journey log with a distinguishing number;

the journey log submitted by the organiser is credible and indicates compliance with this regulation;

transportfordonen skall rengöras och desinficeras före lastning och efter leverans av djuren, och datum och tid för rengöring och desinfektion skall registreras i transportfordonets körjournal.
the transport vehicles shall be cleansed and disinfected before loading and after the animals have been delivered, with the date and time of the cleaning and disinfection being recorded in the logbook of the means of transport;

vid långväga transporter av tama hästdjur och tamdjur av nötkreatur, får, getter och svin skall djurhållare följa bestämmelserna om körjournal enligt bilaga ii.
in the case of long distance journeys for domestic equidae and domestic animals of bovine, ovine, caprine and porcine species, keepers shall comply with the provisions on the journey log set out in annex ii.
