2) tests de phosphatabilité : pour évaluer la phosphatabilité, notamment après traitement d'hydroxysulfatation selon l'invention, les échantillons de tôle sont phosphatés d'après un protocole prédéterminé correspondant aux méthodes classiques pratiquées dans l'industrie automobile, en utilisant plusieurs bains classiques de traitement de surface adaptés pour former une couche de phosphates de zinc, manganèse et nickel ; on peut utiliser les bains commercialisés à cet effet par les sociétés parker ou cfpi ; on utilise ainsi généralement et successivement : un ou deux bains de dégraissage alcalin, un bain d'affinage, puis un bain de phosphatation ; chaque étape est suivie d'un rinçage à l'eau.
