preferring the present life ,
ቅርቢቱንም ሕይወት የመረጠ ፣

be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
በወንድማማች መዋደድ እርስ በርሳችሁ ተዋደዱ፤ እርስ በርሳችሁ ተከባበሩ፤

i charge thee before god, and the lord jesus christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.
አንድን እንኳ በአድልዎ ሳታደርግ፥ እነዚህን ያለ መዘንበል እንድትጠብቅ በእግዚአብሔርና በጌታ በኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ በተመረጡትም መላእክት ፊት እመክርሃለሁ።

እነዚያም ከበፊታቸው አገሪቱን መኖሪያ ያደረጉት እምነትንም የለመዱት ወደእነርሱ የተሰደዱትን ሰዎች ይወዳሉ ፡ ፡ ( ስደተኞቹ ) ከተሰጡትም ነገር በልቦቻቸው ውስጥ ቅሬታን አያገኙም ፡ ፡ በእነርሱ ላይ ችግር ቢኖርባቸውም በነፍሶቻቸው ላይ ሌላውን ይመርጣሉ ፡ ፡ የነፍሱንም ንፍገት የሚጠበቅ ሰው እነዚያ እነሱ ምኞታቸውን አግኚዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡
