(أ) تيسير مشاركة جميع الدول في عضوية منظمة التجارة العالمية لضمان عالميتها في صنع القرار وتأكيد أهمية وضوح وشفافية إجراءات الانضمام إليها وعدم مطالبة الدول الراغبة في الانضمام بطلبات أو شروط مجحفة تتجاوز ما التزمت به الدول الأعضاء المساوية لها في مستوى التنمية؛
