ከጌታችሁ ወደ ኾነችም ምሕረትና ስፋትዋ እንደ ሰማያትና ምድር ወደ ኾነች ገነት አላህን ለሚፈሩ የተዘጋጀች ስትኾን ተቻኮሉ ፡ ፡
and hasten for the pardon of your lord , and for paradise extending over the heavens and the earth , laid out for those who take heed for themselves and fear god ,

ከጌታችሁ ወደእናንተ የተወረደውን ተከተሉ ፡ ፡ ከአላህም ሌላ ረዳቶችን አትከተሉ ፡ ፡ ጥቂትን ብቻ ትገሰጻላችሁ ፡ ፡
( people ) , follow whatever is revealed to you from your lord and do not follow other guardians besides him . however , you pay very little attention ( to our words )

እናንተ ሰዎች ሆይ ! ከጌታችሁ ዘንድ በእርግጥ አስረጅ መጣላችሁ ፤ ወደእናንተም ገላጭ የኾነን ብርሃን ( ቁርኣንን ) አወረድን ፡ ፡
indeed the clear proof from your lord has come to you , and we have sent down to you a bright light . ( the holy prophet is a clear proof from allah . )

« እናንተ የማታውቁ ስትኾኑም ቅጣቱ በድንገት ሳይመጣባችሁ በፊት ከጌታችሁ ወደናንተ የተወረደውን መልካሙን ( መጽሐፍ ) ተከተሉ ፡ ፡ »
" and follow the best of ( the courses ) revealed to you from your lord , before the penalty comes on you - of a sudden while ye perceive not ! -

« አላህን ልትፈሩና ይታዘንላችሁም ዘንድ ከእናንተው ( ጎሳ ) በኾነ ሰው ላይ እንዲያስጠነቅቃችሁ ከጌታችሁ ግሳጼ ቢመጣላችሁ ትደነቃላችሁን » ( አላቸው ) ፡ ፡
" do ye wonder that there hath come to you a message from your lord , through a man of your own people , to warn you , - so that ye may fear allah and haply receive his mercy ? "

« » በአላህ ላይ ከእውነት በቀር አለመናገር ተገቢዬ ነው ፡ ፡ ከጌታችሁ በተዓምር በእርግጥ መጣኋችሁ ፡ ፡ የእስራኤልንም ልጆች ከእኔ ጋር ልቀቅ ፡ ፡
( i am ) worthy of not saying anything about allah except the truth : i have come to you indeed with clear proof from your lord , therefore send with me the children of israel
