this directive applies to medium accuracy weights of the following nominal values:
ta direktiva velja za uteži srednje točnosti z naslednjimi nazivnimi vrednostmi:

grade m1 weights should have the shape of weights of the medium accuracy class.
uteži razreda m1 morajo imeti obliko uteži srednjega točnostnega razreda.

weights of the other accuracy classes may have the external dimensions of weights of the medium accuracy class.
uteži drugih točnostnih razredov lahko imajo zunanje mere uteži srednjega točnostnega razreda.

this directive concerns weights of above-medium accuracy the nominal value of which is equal to 1 mg or more and less than or equal to 50 kg.
ta direktiva ureja uteži nad srednjo točnostjo, katerih nazivna vrednost je večja ali enaka 1 mg ter manjša ali enaka 50 kg.

no member state may refuse, prohibit or restrict the placing on the market or entry into service of medium accuracy rectangular bar or cylindrical weights bearing the eec initial verification mark.
nobena država članica ne sme zavrniti, prepovedati ali omejiti dajanja na trg oziroma začetka uporabe paralelepipednih ali cilindričnih uteži srednje točnosti, ki nosijo oznako prve overitve egs.

whereas the manufacture and the procedures for inspection of weights of above-medium accuracy are subject to strict regulations which differ between member states and thus hinder trade in these weights;
ker so izdelava in postopki za nadzor uteži nad srednjo točnostjo urejeni s prisilnimi predpisi, ki se med državami članicami razlikujejo in tako ovirajo trgovino s temi utežmi;

whereas in the member states the construction and methods of control of medium accuracy rectangular bar and cylindrical weights are subject to mandatory provisions which differ from one member state to another and consequently hinder trade in such weights;
ker so v državah članicah konstrukcija in metode nadzora paralelepipednih in cilindričnih uteži srednje točnosti predmet prisilnih predpisov, ki se od ene države članice do druge razlikujejo in s tem ovirajo trgovanje s takimi utežmi;
