(1) ifølge rådets direktiv 67/548/eØf af 27. juni 1967 om tilnærmelse af lovgivning om klassificering, emballering og etikettering af farlige stoffer(3), senest ændret ved kommissionens direktiv 2001/59/ef(4), må farlige stoffer kun markedsføres, såfremt de er mærket med standardpåskrifter for særlige risici (r-sætninger) og standardpåskrifter for sikker anvendelse af stofferne (s-sætninger).
