''আর তোমরা অবশ্যই এর বৃত্তান্ত সন্বন্ধে কিছুকাল পরেই জানতে পারবে।’’

কাজে, যদি আপনি পারেন, আপনার পদ্ধতি থেকে বের হয়ে আসুন!

যারা তাদের আছড়ে ছিল শক ্ ত-কঠিন পাথরের গায়ে ;

do not mix the truth with falsehood , nor conceal the truth while you know .
আর সত ্ যকে তোমরা মিথ ্ যার পোশাক পরিয়ো না বা সত ্ যকে গোপন কর না , অথচ তোমরা জানো ।

do not confound truth with falsehood , nor knowingly hide the truth while you know .
আর সত ্ যকে তোমরা মিথ ্ যার পোশাক পরিয়ো না বা সত ্ যকে গোপন কর না , অথচ তোমরা জানো ।

and do not mix truth with falsehood , and do not conceal the truth while you know .
আর সত ্ যকে তোমরা মিথ ্ যার পোশাক পরিয়ো না বা সত ্ যকে গোপন কর না , অথচ তোমরা জানো ।

অথচ আল ্ লাহ কখনই তাদের উপর আযাব নাযিল করবেন না যতক ্ ষণ আপনি তাদের মাঝে অবস ্ থান করবেন । তাছাড়া তারা যতক ্ ষণ ক ্ ষমা প ্ রার ্ থনা করতে থাকবে আল ্ লাহ কখনও তাদের উপর আযাব দেবেন না ।

" do you build high palaces on every high place , while you do not live in them ?
''তোমরা কি প্রত্যেক পাহাড়ে অযথা স্তম্ভ নির্মাণ করছ,

and do not mix up the truth with the falsehood , nor hide the truth while you know ( it ) .
আর সত ্ যকে তোমরা মিথ ্ যার পোশাক পরিয়ো না বা সত ্ যকে গোপন কর না , অথচ তোমরা জানো ।

( disbelievers ) , eat and enjoy yourselves for a little while . you are certainly sinful ones .
কাফেরগণ , তোমরা কিছুদিন খেয়ে নাও এবং ভোগ করে নাও । তোমরা তো অপরাধী ।

o followers of the book ! why do you disbelieve in the communications of allah while you witness ( them ) ?
হে আহলে-কিতাবগণ , কেন তোমরা আল ্ লাহর কালামকে অস ্ বীকার কর , অথচ তোমরাই তাঁর প ্ রবক ্ তা ?

and ( we sent ) lut , when he said to his people : what ! do you commit indecency while you see ?
আর লূত , স ্ মরণ কর ! তিনি তাঁর জাতিকে বলেছিলেন -- ''তোমরা কি অশ্লীলতা করতেই থাকবে, অথচ তোমরা দেখতে পাচ্ছ?

now ( you believe ) while you refused to believe before and you were one of the mufsidun ( evil-doers , corrupts , etc . ) .
''আহা, এখন! আর একটু আগেই তুমি তো অবাধ্যতা করছিলে আর তুমি ছিলে অশান্তি সৃষ্টিকারীদের মধ্যেকার।’’
