the current business environment is characterised by fierce competition between companies and the use of customer relationship management systems, in this context, has become a necessity. the system aims to create and develop durable value and establish relationships with customers. however, our literature review points to a lack of a theoretical framework that clarifies the islamic viewpoint on customer relationship management.
