بیشک میں نے اﷲ پر توکل کر لیا ہے جو میرا (بھی) رب ہے اور تمہارا (بھی) رب ہے، کوئی چلنے والا (جاندار) ایسا نہیں مگر وہ اسے اس کی چوٹی سے پکڑے ہوئے ہے (یعنی مکمل طور پر اس کے قبضۂ قدرت میں ہے)۔ بیشک میرا رب (حق و عدل میں) سیدھی راہ پر (چلنے سے ملتا) ہے،

he directs all affairs from heaven to earth. then all will again ascend to him on a day whose length is a thousand years by the way you measure.
وه آسمان سے لے کر زمین تک (ہر) کام کی تدبیر کرتا ہے۔ پھر (وه کام) ایک ایسے دن میں اس کی طرف چڑھ جاتا ہے جس کا اندازه تمہاری گنتی کے ایک ہزار سال کے برابر ہے

and if we will, we can show them to you so that you may recognise them by their faces; and you will surely recognise them by the way they talk; and allah knows your deeds.
اور اگر ہم چاہتے تو آپ کو وہ لوگ دکھا دیتے پس آپ اچھی طرح سے انہیں ان کے نشان سےپہچان لیتے اور آپ انہیں طرز کلام سے پہچان لیں گے اور الله تمہارے اعمال کو جانتا ہے

there are some among them who distort the book by the way they speak to make you think that what they say is from the book, whereas it is not. they say it is from god whereas it is not. thus they tell a lie about god and they know it.
ان ہی یہودیوں میں سے بعض وہ ہیں جو کتاب پڑھنے میں زبان کو توڑ موڑ دیتے ہیں تاکہ تم لوگ اس تحریف کو بھی اصل کتاب سمجھنے لگو حالانکہ وہ اصل کتاب نہیں ہے اور یہ لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ یہ سب اللہ کی طرف سے ہے حالانکہ اللہ کی طرف سے ہرگز نہیں ہے یہ خدا کے خلاف جھوٹ بولتے ہیں حالانکہ سب جانتے ہیں

and if ye wish to exchange one wife for another and ye have given unto one of them a sum of money (however great), take nothing from it. would ye take it by the way of calumny and open wrong?
اور اگر تم ایک بی بی کے بدلے دوسری بدلنا چاہو اور اسے ڈھیروں مال دے چکے ہو تو اس میں سے کچھ واپس نہ لو کیا اسے واپس لو گے جھوٹ باندھ کر اور کھلے گناہ سے

a. l. r. a book which we have revealed unto thee, in order that thou mightest lead mankind out of the depths of darkness into light - by the leave of their lord - to the way of (him) the exalted in power, worthy of all praise!-
ا ل ر اے محمدؐ، یہ ایک کتاب ہے جس کو ہم نے تمہاری طرف نازل کیا ہے تاکہ تم لوگوں کو تاریکیوں سے نکال کر روشنی میں لاؤ، ان کے رب کی توفیق سے، اُس خدا کے راستے پر جو زبردست اور اپنی ذات میں آپ محمود ہے
