na nani mpotofu mkubwa kuliko hao wanao waomba, badala ya mwenyezi mungu, ambao hawatawaitikia mpaka siku ya kiyama, na wala hawatambui maombi yao.

na nani mpotofu mkubwa kuliko hao wanao waomba, badala ya mwenyezi mungu, ambao hawatawaitikia mpaka siku ya kiyama, na wala hawatambui maombi yao.

and if you (o muhammad saw) speak (the invocation) aloud, then verily, he knows the secret and that which is yet more hidden.
na ukinyanyua sauti kwa kusema... basi hakika yeye anajua siri na duni kuliko siri.

"no doubt you call me to (worship) one who cannot grant (me) my request (or respond to my invocation) in this world or in the hereafter.
bila ya shaka mnaye niitia kumuabudu hastahiki wito duniani wala akhera.
