'ah, but did you not swear aforetime there should be no removing for you?
Оё шумо пеш аз ин савганд намехӯрдед, ки ҳаргиз завол намеёбед? (намемиред).

and they supposed there should be no trial; but blind they were, and deaf.
Ва пиндоштанд, ки уқубате нахоҳад буд. Пас кӯру кар шуданд.

allah is but the one god: hallowed be he that there should be unto him a son!
Ҷуз ин нест, ки Оллоҳ худоест якто. Пок аст аз ин, ки соҳиби фарзанде бошад.

neither those who disbelieve among the people of the scripture nor the idolaters love that there should be sent down unto you any good thing from your lord.
Аз миёни аҳли китоб онон, ки кофир шуданд ва низ мушрикон дӯст намедоранд, ки аз ҷониби Парвардигор ба шумо хайре бирасад.

we know the duties we have imposed on them concerning their wives and those whom their right hand possesses, so that there should be no fault in you.
Мо медонем дар борам занонашон ва канизонашон чӣ ҳукме кардаем, то барои ту мушкилие пеш наёяд.

and there should be a group among you that invites to goodness, and enjoins good deeds and forbids immorality; it is they who are the successful.
Бояд, ки аз миёни шумо гурӯҳе бошанд, ки ба хайр даъват кунанд ва амр ба маъруф ва наҳй аз мункар кунанд. Инҳо наҷот ёфтагонанд.

and if there should be a group among you who has believed in that with which i have been sent and a group that has not believed, then be patient until allah judges between us. and he is the best of judges."
Агар гурӯҳе аз шумо ба он чӣ ман аз ҷониби Худо ба он мабъус шудаам, имон овардаанд ва гурӯҳе ҳанӯз имон наовардаанд, сабр кунед, то Худо миёни мо ҳукм куиад, ки Ӯ беҳтарини доварон аст!»

and from among you there should be a party who invite to good and enjoin what is right and forbid the wrong, and these it is that shall be successful.
Бояд, ки аз миёни шумо гурӯҳе бошанд, ки ба хайр даъват кунанд ва амр ба маъруф ва наҳй аз мункар кунанд. Инҳо наҷот ёфтагонанд.

and i do not intend to differ from you in that which i have forbidden you; i only intend reform as much as i am able.
Агар шуморо манъ мекунам, барои он нест, ки худ суде бибарам. То он ҷо, ки битавонам, қасде ҷуз ба салоҳ оварданатон надорам.

when zayd divorced his wife, we gave her to you in marriage, so that there should be no restriction on believers marrying the spouses of their adopted sons when they have divorced them.
Пас чун Зайд аз ӯ ҳоҷати худ барорад, ба ҳамсарии туаш даровардем, то мӯъминонро дар заношӯӣ бо занони фарзандхондагони худ, агар ҳоҷати худ аз ӯ бароварда бошанд, манъе набошад.

and fight with them until there is no persecution, and religion should be only for allah, but if they desist, then there should be no hostility except against the oppressors.
Бо онҳо биҷангед то дигар фитнае набошад ва дин танҳо дини Худо шавад. Вале агар аз дини хеш даст бардоштанд, таҷовуз ҷуз бар ситамкорон раво нест!

but if two men be not available, there should be one man and two women to bear witness so that if one of the women forgets (anything), the other may remind her.
Агар ду мард набувад, як марду ду зан, ки ба онҳо ризоият диҳед, шаҳодат бидиҳанд, то агар яке фаромӯш кард, дигаре ба ёдаш биёварад.

then when zaid had performed his purpose concerning her, we wedded her to thee, that there should be no blame for believers in respect of wives of their adopted sons, when they have performed their purpose concerning them.
Пас чун Зайд аз ӯ ҳоҷати худ барорад, ба ҳамсарии туаш даровардем, то мӯъминонро дар заношӯӣ бо занони фарзандхондагони худ, агар ҳоҷати худ аз ӯ бароварда бошанд, манъе набошад.

and [remember] when they said, "o allah, if this should be the truth from you, then rain down upon us stones from the sky or bring us a painful punishment."
Ва он ҳангомро, ки гуфтанд: «Бор Худое, агар ин ки аз ҷониби ту омада ҳақ аст, бар мо аз осмон бороне аз санг бибор ё азоби дардоваре бар мо бифирист».

but if you turn back, i did not ask for any reward from you; my reward is only with allah, and i am commanded that i should be of those who submit.
Ва агар пушт кардед, ман аз шумо ҳеҷ музде нахостаам, ки музди ман бо Худост ва ман амр шудаам, ки аз таслимшудагон бошам!»

but when zaid had accomplished his want of her, we gave her to you as a wife, so that there should be no difficulty for the believers in respect of the wives of their adopted sons, when they have accomplished their want of them; and allah's command shall be performed.
Пас чун Зайд аз ӯ ҳоҷати худ барорад, ба ҳамсарии туаш даровардем, то мӯъминонро дар заношӯӣ бо занони фарзандхондагони худ, агар ҳоҷати худ аз ӯ бароварда бошанд, манъе набошад. Ва ҳукми Худованд шуданист!

and from whencesoever thou goest forth, turn thy face toward the sacred mosque, and wheresoever ye be, turn your face toward it, lest there should be with people an argument against you, except those of them who do wrong so fear them not, but fear me; so that i may accomplish my favour upon you, and that ye may remain guided-
Ва ҳар ҷо, ки бошед рӯй ба он сӯй кунед то ҳеҷ касро, ҷуз ситамкорон, бо шумо баҳсу муҷодалае набошад. Аз онҳо натарсед, аз ман битарсед то неъмати хеш бар шумо комил кунам, бошад, ки ҳидоят шавед.

he said: my lord! i seek refuge in thee from asking thee that of which i have no knowledge; and if thou shouldst not forgive me and have mercy on me, i should be of the losers.
Гуфт: «Эй Парвардигори ман, паноҳ мебарам ба Ту, агар аз сари ноогоҳӣ чизе бихоҳам ва агар маро набахшоӣ ва ба ман раҳмат наёварӣ, аз зиёнкардагон хоҳам буд».

she said, "indeed, i seek refuge in the most merciful from you, [so leave me], if you should be fearing of allah."
Марям гуфт: «Аз ту ба Худои раҳмон паноҳ мебарам, ки парҳезгор бошӣ».

neither those who disbelieve among the people of the scripture (jews and christians) nor al-mushrikun (the disbelievers in the oneness of allah, idolaters, polytheists, pagans, etc.) like that there should be sent down unto you any good from your lord. but allah chooses for his mercy whom he wills.
Аз миёни аҳли китоб онон, ки кофир шуданд ва низ мушрикон дӯст намедоранд, ки аз ҷониби Парвардигор ба шумо хайре бирасад. Ва ҳол он ки Худо ҳар касро, ки бихоҳад, ба бахшоиши хеш махсус медорад.
