أما قضايا اﻷشخاص الذين أدانتهم المحكمة العسكرية، وهم هﻻل عثمان مرسي هﻻل وأشرف السيد ابراهيم صالح أبو الليل وشافعي مجد علي مجد وعلي هاشم محمد علي عمارة ومحمد السيد مصطفى الدسوقي وطارق عبد الرزاق حسن وحمادنه قاسم العبد قاسم وإيهاب عبد المقصود معوض ابراهيم والسيد صالح السيد سليمان وطارق عبد النبي حسن الفحل، فقد طبقت المحكمة كل اﻹجراءات القانونية المتعلقة بحق المتهم في ادعاء تعرضه للتعذيب من أجل تقوية القضية بالنسبة إلى الدفاع، أو ليتم فحصهم في إدارة الطب الشرعي.
