but now i will not be unto the residue of this people as in the former days, saith the lord of hosts.
apan karon dili na ako mahimong ingon alang sa nanghibilin niining katawohan ingon sa unang mga adlaw, nagaingon si jehova sa mga panon.

and he said unto him, i will not go; but i will depart to mine own land, and to my kindred.
ug siya mitubag kaniya: ako dili moadto, kondili mopahawa ngadto sa akong yuta, ug sa akong mga kaubanan.

for i will not see you now by the way; but i trust to tarry a while with you, if the lord permit.
kay dili ako buot karon nga makita ko kamo pinaagi sa paghapit lamang diha; gilauman ko ang pagpabilin uban kaninyo sa taastaas nga panahon, kon itugot man kini sa ginoo.
