إذا انقضت المدة المذورة في البند (4) أعلاه ولم يخطر الخليجي الاسلامي البائع كتابة بفسخ العقد او تصرف في السيارة تصرفات المالك قبل انتهاء مدة الخيار , ويعتبر البيع لازما وعلى الخليجي الاسلامي سداد القيمة خلال المدة المتفق عليها , وبما لا يتعارض مع البند (6) من هذا العقد.
incase the term provided for in item 4 above expired without al khaliji al islami notifying the seller in writing with the termination of the contract, or in case al akhaliji al islami uses the vehicle as if owner before the expiration of the term mentioned hereinbefore, the sale shall be binding. moreover, al khaliji al islami shall pay the specified value within the term agreed upon without prejudice to item 6 of the contract.
