externally there is no direct reason for this, neither anything that triggered it off. it's just that i have the feeling that everything is too much for me and i see no perspective. i know there is a perspective but i can't feel it. my zest- and love for life, of which i normally have a lot, is gone and i have no idea if i will ever find it again.
