procédé de préparation des composés selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'on hydrolyse un dihalogénure de germanium hydrocarbyle de formule r 3 r 4 gex 2 x étant un atome d'halogène, r 3 ,r 4 ayant l'une des significations de la revendication 1, puis éventuellement en ce que l'on fait réagir le composé cyclique avec un hydrocarbyllithium (r 5 li) r 5 ayant l'une des significations de la revendication 1, pour conduire à un composé de formule : r 3 r 4 r 5 geoli qui est mis en contact avec un dihalogénure de germanium hydrocarbyle de formule r 1 r 2 gey 2 , y étant un atome d'halogène, r 1 ,r 2 ayant l'une des significations de la revendication 1, ou en ce que ledit composé cyclique est ouvert par réaction avec un hydrocarbyle lithium r 5 li et mis en contact ensuite avec le dihalogénure de germanium hydrocarbyle de forme r 1 r 2 gey 2 .
