so keep your duty to allah and obey me .
« አላህንም ፍሩ ታዘዙኝም ፡ ፡

therefor keep your duty to allah and obey me ,
« አላህንም ፍሩ ፤ ታዘዙኝም ፡ ፡

carry out their [ duty of ] zakat ,
እነዚያም እነርሱ ዘካን ሰጭዎች ፡ ፡

but if they turn away , your only duty is clear communication .
( ከኢስላም ) ቢሸሹም ባንተ ላይ ያለብህ ግልጽ ማድረስ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

and keep your duty to allah , and shame me not !
« አላህንም ፍሩ ፤ አታሳፍሩኝም ፡ ፡ »

" and our duty is only to proclaim the clear message . "
« በእኛ ላይም ግልጽ የኾነ ማድረስ እንጂ ሌላ የለብንም ፡ ፡ »

" so keep your duty to allah , fear him and obey me . "
« አላህንም ፍሩ ፤ ታዘዙኝም ፡ ፡ »

but if they turn away , your only duty is to clearly deliver the message of the truth .
( ከኢስላም ) ቢሸሹም ባንተ ላይ ያለብህ ግልጽ ማድረስ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

and divorced women shall be provided for , equitably — a duty upon the righteous .
ለተፈቱ ሴቶችም በችሎታ መጠን ዳረጎት አላቸው ፡ ፡ አላህን በሚፈሩ ላይ ተደንግጓል ፡ ፡

" and our duty is only to convey plainly ( the message ) . "
« በእኛ ላይም ግልጽ የኾነ ማድረስ እንጂ ሌላ የለብንም ፡ ፡ »

( muhammad ) , if they turn away , your only duty is to clearly preach to them .
( ከኢስላም ) ቢሸሹም ባንተ ላይ ያለብህ ግልጽ ማድረስ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

but if they turn their backs [ on you ] , your duty is only to communicate in clear terms .
( ከኢስላም ) ቢሸሹም ባንተ ላይ ያለብህ ግልጽ ማድረስ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

and be patient for the sake of your lord ( i.e. perform your duty to allah ) !
ለጌታህም ( ትዕዛዝ ) ታገሥ ፡ ፡

" and keep your duty to him , fear him who has aided you with all ( good things ) that you know .
« ያንንም በምታውቁት ( ጸጋ ) ያጣቀማችሁን ፍሩ ፡ ፡
