እርሱም በዚህ ላይ መስካሪ ነው ፡ ፡

for your lord will have revealed to it .
ጌታህ ለእርሷ በማሳወቁ ምክንያት ፡ ፡

and hearkens to its lord , as it must .
ለጌታዋም ( ትዕዛዝ ) በሰማች ጊዜ ፤ ( ልትሰማ ) ተገባትም ፤

and gives ear to its lord as it should .
ለጌታዋም ( ትዕዛዝ ) በሰማች ጊዜ ፤ ( ልትሰማ ) ተገባትም ፤

and indeed he himself is a witness to it .
እርሱም በዚህ ላይ መስካሪ ነው ፡ ፡

and none cries lies to it but every guilty aggressor .
በእርሱም ወሰን አላፊ ኀጢአተኛ ሁሉ እንጅ ሌላ አያስተባብልም ፡ ፡

or add to it ; and chant the quran rhythmically .
ወይም በእርሱ ላይ ጨምር ፡ ፡ ቁርኣንንም በዝግታ ማንበብን አንብብ ፡ ፡

and man says , “ what has happened to it ? ”
ሰውም ምን ኾነች ? ባለ ጊዜ ፤

and none gives the lie to it but every exceeder of limits , sinful one
በእርሱም ወሰን አላፊ ኀጢአተኛ ሁሉ እንጅ ሌላ አያስተባብልም ፡ ፡

and given the faculty of knowing what is disruptive and what is intrinsic to it .
አመጽዋንና ፍርሃትዋንም ባሳወቃት ( አምላክ እምላለሁ ) ፡ ፡

did he not find you unaware of the right way , and then directed you to it ?
የሳትክም ኾነህ አገኘህ መራህም ፡ ፡

but he who promotes the truth , and testifies to it — these are the righteous .
ያም በእውነት የመጣው በእርሱ ያመነውም እነዚያ እነርሱ አላህን ፊሪዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡

and hearkens to its lord and is dutiful ,
ለጌታዋም ( ትዕዛዝ ) በሰማች ጊዜ ፤ ( ልትሰማ ) ተገባትም ፤

and he made it a word remaining among his descendants that they might return [ to it ] .
በዝርዮቹም ውስጥ ይመለሱ ዘንድ ( ባንድ አምላክ ማመንን ) ቀሪ ቃል አደረጋት ፡ ፡

then he makes you return to it , and he will bring you forth [ without fail ] .
ከዚያም በውስጧ ይመልሳችኋል ፡ ፡ ማውጣትንም ያወጣችኋል ፡ ፡

all his command , when he wills something , is to say to it ‘ be , ’ and it is .
ነገሩም አንዳችን በሻ ጊዜ ኹን ማለት ነው ፡ ፡ ወዲያው ይኾናልም ፡ ፡

and its enlightenment as to its wrong and its right ; -
አመጽዋንና ፍርሃትዋንም ባሳወቃት ( አምላክ እምላለሁ ) ፡ ፡

allah will recompense each soul according to its earnings . swift is the reckoning of allah .
አላህ ነፍስን ሁሉ የሠራችውን ይመነዳ ዘንድ ( ይህንን አደረገ ) ፡ ፡ አላህ ምርመራው ፈጣን ነው ፡ ፡
