ግማሹን ( ቁም ) ፤ ወይም ከርሱ ጥቂትን ቀንስ ፡ ፡

but it is no less than a reminder to all the worlds .
ግን እርሱ ( ቁርኣን ) ለዓለማት መገሰጫ እንጂ ሌላ አይደለም ፡ ፡

and no reward dost thou ask of them for this : it is no less than a message for all creatures .
በእርሱም ( በቁርአን ) ላይ ምንም ዋጋ አትጠይቃቸውም ፡ ፡ እርሱ ለዓለማት ግሳጼ እንጂ ሌላ አይደለም ፡ ፡

i shall certainly punish him severely or slaughter him unless he has a good reason for his absence . "
« ብርቱን ቅጣት በእርግጥ እቀጣዋለሁ ፡ ፡ ወይም በእርግጥ ዐርደዋለሁ ፤ ወይም ግልጽ በኾነ አስረጅ ይመጣኛል » ( አለ )

and when they have to give by measure or weight to men , give less than due .
ለእነርሱም ( ለሰዎቹ ) በሰፈሩ ወይም በመዘኑላቸው ጊዜ የሚያጎድሉ ( ለኾኑት ) ፡ ፡

" this is no less than a message to ( all ) the worlds .
« እርሱ ( ቁርኣን ) ለዓለማት መገሠጫ እንጂ ሌላ አይደለም ፡ ፡

give full measure , and be not of those who give less ( than the due ) .
« ስፍርን ሙሉ ፡ ፡ ከአጉዳዮቹም አትኹኑ ፡ ፡

some of us are righteous , but some of us are less than that ; we follow divergent paths .
‹ እኛም ከእኛ ውስጥ ደጎች አልሉ ፡ ፡ ከኛም ከዚህ ሌላ የኾኑ አልሉ ፡ ፡ የተለያዩ መንገዶች ( ባለ ቤቶች ) ነበርን ፡ ፡

the only reason for our sending the messengers is to give the human being the glad news of our mercy and to warn him about our wrath . the disbelievers argue by false means to refute the truth .
መልክተኞችንም አብሳሪዎችና አስፈራሪዎች ኾነው እንጂ አንልክም ፡ ፡ እነዚያ የካዱትም በውሸት እውነቱን በእሱ ሊያበላሹ ይከራከራሉ ፡ ፡ አንቀጾቼንና በእርሱ የተስፈራሩበትንም ነገር ማላገጫ አድርገው ያዙ ፡ ፡

i will inflict a severe punishment on him or maybe even slaughter him unless he comes forth with a convincing reason ( for his absence ) . "
« ብርቱን ቅጣት በእርግጥ እቀጣዋለሁ ፡ ፡ ወይም በእርግጥ ዐርደዋለሁ ፤ ወይም ግልጽ በኾነ አስረጅ ይመጣኛል » ( አለ )

god does not forgive association with him , but he forgives anything less than that to whomever he wills . whoever associates anything with god has devised a monstrous sin .
አላህ በእርሱ ማጋራትን በፍጹም አይምርም ፡ ፡ ከዚህ ሌላ ያለውንም ( ኀጢአት ) ለሚሻው ሰው ይምራል ፡ ፡ በአላህም የሚያጋራ ሰው ታላቅን ኀጢአት በእርግጥ ቀጠፈ ፡ ፡

( allah ) said : " o iblis ! what is your reason for not being among those who prostrated themselves ? "
( አላህም ) « ኢብሊስ ሆይ ! ከሰጋጆቹ ጋር የማትኾን ላንተ ምን ምክንያት አለህ » አለው ፡ ፡

" i will certainly punish him with a severe penalty , or execute him , unless he bring me a clear reason ( for absence ) . "
« ብርቱን ቅጣት በእርግጥ እቀጣዋለሁ ፡ ፡ ወይም በእርግጥ ዐርደዋለሁ ፤ ወይም ግልጽ በኾነ አስረጅ ይመጣኛል » ( አለ )
