and does not urge ( others ) to feed the poor .
və ( xalqı ) yoxsulu yedirtməyə rəğbətləndirməz ( nə özü fəqiri yedirdər , nə də özgəsini qoyar ) .

if they are poor , god will enrich them from his bounty .
